Hardware Thoughts
A Nokia 7210 phone should be able to support the software, but since there is no "view source" in its browser it does not let me figure out how AT&T location codes work.
Blackberry or Palm products could be a good place... AT&T does not support Palm/Handspring to my knowledge.
